Barton Community College is offering a course to help people become more familiar with some of the basics of exploring the Internet from 1-4 p.m. every Wednesday, April 15 – May 20 at the Center for Adult Education, 1025 Main St. in Great Bend, room D-107.
Instructor Rich Unrein will teach students how to use links, customize and perform searches, run virus scans, organize a favorites list and much more. The Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers will be covered.
Cost of the course is $32 for Silver Cougar Club members and $97 for non-members. For more information, please contact Coleen Cape at (620) 786-1136. There is a maximum number of 16 for this class.
