Academic advisors are assigned to all degree or certificate seeking students whether they are online or on-campus.

Barton encourages students to enroll in at least 15 hours per semester to meet graduation requirements within two years. Full-time status is 12 credit hours or more.
This may be possible but must be determined by the Advisement Coordinator. You may reach out to advisement@bartonccc.edu with your request.
To submit a request to change your major, please fill out the Change of Major form.
Please visit with your advisor and the instructor of the course. Be attentive of deadlines listed on the Student Services page. Adding and dropping classes during the semester may affect your financial aid.
Grades and GPA may be viewed on your unofficial transcript or degree audit within your MyBarton Portal.
You will need to reach out to your instructors to notify them of your situation. You may also reach out to your advisor if you need further assistance.
