Story by Maggie Harris
Barton Community College publishes the Community Report each fall. This document highlights the College’s progress toward meeting its mission in the previous academic year.
It is organized around policies known as “Ends,” which are set by the Board of Trustees. The document is rich with information, including data presented in easy-to-understand charts and graphs, with anecdotes and success stories from students, faculty, and staff.
Among the highlights from the 2022-2023 academic year include more than 10,000 students served, an economic impact of $30 million for Barton County, and a sampling of student testimonials from the Academic Integrity series. This series highlights Barton's priority on upholding academic integrity and the proactive steps the College has taken to spread awareness of its importance.
