Faculty members from across the Performing Arts Department will showcase their skills at a “Faculty Recital” at 4 p.m. on Sept. 24 in the Fine Arts Auditorium. Social distancing guidelines will be followed. The event will also be broadcast via Facebook.com/bartoncommunitycollege. There will be dance, instrumental and vocal performances.
Director of Instrumental Activities Dr. Luis Palacios said the faculty members are excited to have the chance to take the stage.
“As arts educators, it is essential that we are actively performing for our students and the community,” he said. “This is will be a wonderful opportunity to display the engaging and unique talents that our performing arts faculty bring to the Central Kansas region.”
