The Barton Community College Theatre Department will hold auditions for its spring production of the new musical “Sing, Sing Blues,” by Barton Psychology Instructor Eric Smith at 2 p.m. Nov. 2 and 3 in the Fine Arts Auditorium, and all roles and technical positions will be cast on those two days.
Barton Community College’s Center for Adult Education is holding orientation days Nov. 4-7 with multiple times available in preparation for its next nine-week session of high school diploma classes, which will start Nov. 11 or 12, depending on which class sessions are signed up for.
The Barton Theatre Department will present a comedic romp through the prose of one of the most recognized literary figures in the world with its production of “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)” by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield, with various showtimes from Oct. 17-19 in the Cavanaugh Room in the Barton Library.
