The Shafer Gallery has unveiled its most recent exhibit “Behind the Metal Door: Selections from the Permanent Collection,” and it will run through February 25.

Great Bend Native Payton Doll was anxious about going to college out of high school, but after two years at Barton with his associate degree in hand, he’s now comfortable and enjoying the rest of his college career at Fort Hays State University.
