At the end of March, students from Barton’s chapter of HOSA (Future Health Professionals) traveled to Pittsburg, Kan. for the Spring 2023 State Leadership Conference and Competition (SLC) and came home with some hardware.
Barton Community College invites students, faculty, staff, and community members to a reception to celebrate the College’s reaffirmation of accreditation at 3:30 p.m. April 20 in the Fine Arts building, room F-30.

Barton Community College’s Center for Adult Education will soon begin another nine-week session of classes.
Barton Community College will be closed on Friday, April 7 and Monday, April 10 for Easter break. Barton's Center for Adult Education and the Shafer Art Gallery will also be closed. The college's regular class schedule and office hours will resume Tuesday, April 11.
The Barton Music Department will host Dr. Jared Hiscock, Director of Performance, at Hastings College in Nebraska as part of an evening of music that will feature a masterclass portion and recital from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Dorothy Moses Morrison Chapel.

This afternoon there was a medical emergency on campus. Campus is completely safe and secure. No students, employees, or members of the public that were on campus are in danger or were in danger.
